Megan Kupec
UNCO ASLEI Capstone Project

Hi! I'm Megan (she/her), as seen being signed above with my sign name, an M handshape on the cheek. Welcome to my interpreting website and portfolio, a cumulative requirement in partial fulfillment of the University of Northern Colorado's Bachelor of Arts degree in American Sign Language-English Interpretation. First published in the Summer of 2025, this website serves as evidence of my growth and continued practice and mastery of the 34 Entry-to-Practice Competencies for Interpreting Practitioners.
Megan, a white cis woman, smiles at the camera in front of a plain light wall. She has dark, curly hair and is wearing round, patterned glasses, a small nose ring, a teal dress, and an open denim shirt.
The headshot has soft and even lighting.
Introduction
Megan sits in front of a gray background wearing a black long-sleeved turtleneck. She has shoulder-length, curly, brown hair with bangs and dark, round glasses. As she describes the Capstone project (see English transcript below), she maintains a friendly demeanor.
